Shipping policy
Free shipping, always
Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order value, no threshold to reach and no surcharge added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, shipping included.
That also means quantity discounts stack cleanly: order two or more mugs and the discount applies to the whole cart, with shipping still free.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email contact@yourmemoires.com and we will let you know when that changes.
Production time
Our mugs are printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which is why every design is available in every size, and why there is a short production step before your parcel ships.
Production normally takes 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods — the weeks before Christmas in particular — it can take longer, and we will say so on the site when that is the case.
Delivery time
Once your order leaves the print facility, delivery within the United States normally takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders are fulfilled from within the US, so there are no customs procedures or import duties to slow things down.
All together, expect your order roughly 5 to 12 business days after you place it. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans — if it looks stuck at first, that is normal.
Orders with several mugs
Mugs from the same order are usually packed together, but not always. Different sizes or designs are sometimes produced on different lines and may arrive in separate parcels, on different days, each with its own tracking. You are never charged extra for this.
Delays
Carrier delays, extreme weather, holiday volume and address problems can all push delivery beyond the windows above. These are outside our control, but they are not outside our interest: if your order is running late, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before you complete checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it to a corrected address at the actual cost of reshipment, or refund the order minus that cost. Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
